Overall the hotel is located in the heart of shopping area, very convenient and easy to get food stall & restaurant

the hotel staff is friendly and the check in process is very fast and efficient.

Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location excess to many shopping and cheaper than " Luowu" area. Near to train station. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff are well train to give information. The porter is also very helpful. I can remember one of the staff name by George (Sorry do not know his surname) He is very friendly and helpful. And he can speak very good Englishand also very good on computer. I have notice majority of the front office staff can speak and understand english very well. Keep it up to send staff for trg so that they can give a very good impression for guest who stay there.

My sister has recommended this Inn to me because she is frequent to Shenzhen for me this is my first visit . My sister name is Kwek Lee Choo.

Every time i book a business room. It is spacious, really clean, the bed is incredible....Good internet connection...100% good
