Cancellation Policy
If you fail to arrive at our hotel in time or you'd like to check out earlier, the number of rooms or nights originally booked are reduced, we will take the actions as below.
1）Within 7 Days (168 hours)
We will charge 20% the roomrate if cancellations made within 168 hours of arrival date (not arrival time) .
2）7 TO 15 Days
10% of total roomrate will apply if cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before arrival date.
3）More than 15 Days
There is no charge if the cancellations made at least more than 15 days before arrival date.
A deposit of 50% of the full room charge must be paid before arrival date if guest would like to reserve 5 or more rooms. There is no charge if cancellations made at least more than 15 days before arrival date. Otherwise, deposit won't be refunded.
The Cancellation Policy will apply to a third party if accommodation is reserved by the third party.
If a guest decides to leave early for any reason except the fault of Yangshuo Hidden Dragon Villa ( plumbing, electric, service-related failures etc ) or un-controllable environmental phenomena, (floods, pandemics, political unrest etc), Full charges will apply on the departure day, and 50% of total roomrate will apply for all subsequent nights.
