*Highrise 24 storey building, apartment room is on the 5th floor.
*The apartment is setup with all rooms (6 in total) like a hotel with no common area other then a kitchen and one shared washroom.This room is the only one with a private washroom and is also the largest of all the rooms.
*Large very clean and safe room. Main door has a keyless entry ( code) and the room has a normal lock with a key.
*Double bed, with washroom in the room.(shower & Toilet)

* Air-conditioner/hot water shower/ Hot and cold water cooler, wash machine (shared)

Rates are approx 3 times lower then the Beijing market was expecting. So if your planning to come to see the olympics or check out all the tourist sites which takes about 1 week, then come this summer. Plus, it maybe the only time to breath clean air because i heard the gov't may have all the factories near Beijing shut down during the olympic to lower the pollution.
